B. ca.1720, Treviso, d.1783, Venice

He arrived in Venice in 1743, and his work shows a faint stylistic debt to Montagnana, who was at that time the dominant maker in the city. The work is rather degenerate, showing little control, but is generally on a broad, flat model with varnish ranging from pale yellow to very dark reds and browns.
