<p>Rosalind Ventris plays a viola by V. Panormo. The piece is the first movement of the Brandenburg Concerto number six.</p> <p>Recognized for her qualities as a soloist and chamber musician, 27&ndash;year-old British violist Rosalind Ventris is emerging as one of the most sought after young violists internationally. She performed at the Wigmore Hall&rsquo;s 2014 viola celebration, and received five prizes at the 2013 Lionel Tertis International Viola Competition, including Yuri Bashmet&rsquo;s President&rsquo;s Prize. She is a winner of the Making Music Philip &amp; Dorothy Green Awards for Young Concert Artists (AYCA) 2016.</p>
